After the increasing of the use of plastic materials, we specialized our production in moulds for thermoforming.

We create moulds wooden made, which allow to stamp vacuum-packed prototypes and pre-series, to verify the rightness of geometry and dimensions.
After the necessary test, we can produce moulds in aluminium.

To complete the cycle of thermoforming, we create also trimming template.

Our set of moulds includes:

• Moulds for fiber glass with polyester or reinforced epoxy resin.
• Moulds for soft polyurethane with epoxy resin or aluminium.
• Moulds for drawing sheet metal with resin or in fusion (cast iron).
